Return and Refund Policy

Session Fee & Payment 

Your session fee includes 1 photography session, basic retouching, hosting of the gallery on my website, and digital download of high resolution images with print release for your use. The price of the session and number of images included depends on the individual session being promoted. Additional digital images can be provided at an additional cost of $5.00 per image

Session Details  

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their see session. To avoid this, Clients should intend to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their session start time. 

Precious Rae Photography will use this time wisely and try to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. This will include entire family images, images of siblings together, and images of children individually, as long as time allows and children are willing to be photographed.

VIEWING IMAGES

Your images will be ready to view within 24-48 hours after session via a private online gallery hosted on our website. Once the images are uploaded to the online gallery, the client will have a 10 day window to make selections. If client would like to have images completed by or before the date of a holiday, birthday, special occasion, then selections must be selected within 48 hours from time frame of online gallery being made available

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please note that your session fee is non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your mini session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you. However, as we understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of same, your session fee may be applied to the next mini-session event

MODEL RELEASE

Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Precious Rae Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business name and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client.
